It all started in July 2023 when we bought an old horse trailer!  Then the hard work started... we refitted it using local trades people in Earls Colne, as many of you may have seen if you've been following us on social media. Welding, we repainted, catering flooring, gas fittings and checks, battery, electrics and lights, lots of stainless steel, fridges, freezers, hot water tap and brand new fryer!

We finally managed to launch in December 2023 for our village Christmas evening, but didn't start regular trading until February 2024 with just a single weekly pitch.  Then in the summer of 2024 Nathan decided to take the leap and leave his work as a freelance chef and give this a go as his real job! Eeeek!

Lewis also made a huge decision that cooking wasn't for him and he wanted to focus on Fitness and Nutrition as his career so he has stepped away from the business as a partner.

​

So now a year on, 2025, Nathan is owner chef, working together with Tracey (aka mum).  Along with Phil (aka dad) towing and maintaining, Izzy (aka girlfriend) as assistant chef, Lewis (brother) and Freya (sister) are on hand to help at big events!

We pride ourselves in supporting our local community from local events, to our meat supply from Colne Valley Butchers in Earls Colne. Our ingredients are fresh and cooked to order and we make our own salt mix, relish, burger sauce and burger seasonings.  Keep a look out for our monthly specials too!

We have been told as per our many reviews on Google and Facebook that our burgers are the "best burgers they've ever had"!!!
